Sean is the leader of Medi-Vantage’s Culture Development Practice. Sean began his career at 3M Health Care in sales, marketing, product development and distribution management. He also has experience in gastroenterology and the market for patient diabetes management devices. His experience at 3M has guided his approach to creating high-performing organizations. While 3M’s collaborative approach to creating innovative solutions for customers is legendary, less well known is 3M’s organizational culture excellence. 3M’s culture and products has enabled the company to outperform the DJIA most years since the mid-1980’s.
