 Art is a physician executive and serial entrepreneur.  After more than 20 years of clinical experience as an ICU Director and intensivist, Art served as an EVP for a Fortune 500 company and as an Officer of 3 medical device start-ups, most recently as a medtech CEO for more than 7 years.  Two of his start-up companies had successful M&A exists, and the third and a [fourth] spinout remain in business today.  Art’s focus is identifying important unmet clinical needs, assisting with M&A and due diligence, and developing feasible and cogent business models for market success and value creation.
