Created a 40-page analysis synthesizing 4000 pages of US Medicare spend in the top 100 DRGs with the highest cost to the US healthcare system.
Based on the requirements and strategic focus of the client, we grouped the 100 DRGs to match corporate structure, and then analyzed each group for opportunity.
